This policy explains what TractoAfrica collects when you join our waitlist at tractoafrica.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Your first name and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The website or campaign that brought you to us, if the link you used told us

We do not ask for passwords, payment details or identity documents on this page.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to tell you when TractoAfrica launches. We send one launch message by email and SMS. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

Your details are stored on our servers. We use trusted providers to send the launch email and SMS, and Cloudflare to protect this page from abuse. They process your details only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until we have sent the launch message and you have had the chance to create a TractoAfrica account, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out at any time with the unsubscribe link in the launch message.
• Ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your details.

To do any of these, email support@tractoafrica.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
